Refund & Returns Policy – Bodyography South Africa
At Bodyography South Africa, your satisfaction is important to us. Because our products are cosmetics and skincare items, strict hygiene standards apply. This policy outlines how refunds and returns are handled on bodyographysa.com.
1. General Returns (30 Days)

You may return unused, unopened, and non-expired products within 30 calendar days of purchase for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Products must be in their original packaging, with all seals intact.

A valid proof of purchase (tax invoice, order confirmation, or till slip) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

Opened, used, or tampered products (once packaging/seals are broken).

Personal care items that have been used.

Gift cards and vouchers.
3. Defective or Faulty Products (6 Months)
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA):

If a product is found to be defective, damaged, or unsafe, you may return it within 6 months of purchase.

You may request a refund, replacement, or store credit, provided the defect was not caused by misuse or negligence.

Bodyography South Africa reserves the right to inspect the product before processing the return.
4. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

Depending on your bank, refunds may take 7–14 business days to reflect.

In some cases, we may offer store credit or replacement if this is preferred.
5. How to Return a Product
To request a return:

Contact our customer care team at operations@bodyographysa.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return.

Our team will confirm whether the return is eligible.

Approved returns can be sent back via courier (at customer’s cost unless defective) or dropped off at one of The SoPurist stores in Gauteng.
6. Manager’s Discretion
All returns are subject to approval. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the conditions of this policy (e.g., opened or used products).
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund & Returns Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with the last revised date clearly indicated.
